What are Mom and Dad eating this week?

Chili

Last night mom made chili that was too hot. Dad even said, "This is plenty warm" I was mad because this whole pot of chili was not going to be edible. Then I remembered that at PF Chang they told me that white vinegar nutalizes hot stuff. I put some in my chili and "Wah lah" it worked.

  1. Thanks to Spencer for helping me be tricky and even put a picture with my post. I am working on earning my young womanhood medallion and one of my projects is to become more electronically independent. This blog can be part of that goal.

    I mentioned to Nick eariler this week that eating as a family is more than a chore. . . it is a value. Thanks for encouraging us, Nick and thanks Laurel for getting it started. Such a cute blog, too.

    Our menu for this week is:

    stuffed red peppers & coleslaw
    Sarah salad turkey croissants
    Leftover chili w/ vinegar (smiley face)
    Kath's chicken curry casserole
    Quesadillas
    meatloaf & baked potatoes
    Veggie pizza & BB chicken pizza
    Mexican stew
